There are really three players when it comes to the best hotels in Olympic Park. So let's run through them.

Pullman Sydney Olympic Park

A great choice. Onsite food options are a perk of the Pullman Hotel, with Bacar Restaurant within the hotel.

Only a couple of room choices, the top being an Executive King Suite including lounge access and even a spa bath.

Quest at Sydney Olympic Park

Spacious one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments. They have complete kitchens including a fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Some rooms have a balcony.

They also have studio rooms if you don't need all the space.

Novotel Sydney Olympic Park

Clean and convenient modern hotel rooms.

Twin and King bedding options and balcony rooms are available to book. They also have a Superior Suite with 1 King Bed and Balcony if you are looking for more space, a balcony and bathtub 🙂

They have a couple of food options onsite and 24-hour room service.

So where would I book and stay?

‘If I had to pick my favourite hotel near Accor Stadium, I would pick the Pullman Hotel in Sydney Olympic Park.’

This is Why…

  • Most loyal customers, with the most repeat stays.

  • The hotel has taken more sustainability steps than the other options.

  • Good food options. Including the best breakfast of the three.

This was based on my findings on Booking.com.

Cheap hotel Near Accor Stadium

Still the perks of a great location close to Accor Stadium.

Best Airbnb Apartments near Accor Stadium

Then there are some more Airbnb apartments around the stadium. Currently, I can find one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom apartments. Some of these accommodation options can be found on either Airbnb or Booking.com.

A couple of these apartments seem to be pretty good value and come well-reviewed. Parking included and access to pools seem to be some other advantages.

I will say though, if you are coming for a sporting event or a concert, and only staying for a night or two, hotels can have the added convenience of being able to arrive anytime, leave luggage if the rooms are not ready or you get there early, get tips, room service etc.
